I know most will be going for the '70 MIT show or the '77 Boston show. Justifiably so, as both are great shows.
However, don't overlook this late '80s gem from the Frost!!

I decided to listen to this one today mainly because the previous night's show is one I really enjoy from '89.
This one is very much like the 5-6-89 show. Phil is upfront in the mix and all over the place. He is belting it out loud and proud!!

A good set list, tight playing, and Jerry in pretty good voice make this one well worth a listen.

Go with the Gardner SBD that I linked. To my ears it sounds the best. Rich and full, where as the other boards seemed a little sterile and flat.

Happy Friday all! Enjoy your weekend(s)!!

I'll check it out. I'm very familiar with the night before with the long sets and a Big Brent night. Hoping this one is equally as good.
